Case Study: A portfolio piece designed for restaurants and bars to onboard new waitstaff who will serve wine. The new waitstaff has limited wine knowledge and needs to become more familiar with common wine varietals on the menu at the restaurant to improve customer service. This course would be the first step in learning about wine and would be followed by an in-person training for more in-depth and hands-on knowledge.

Case Study: To address a new business process, service representatives needed to quickly learn how to take payments through a third-party site. The challenge was that the process varied slightly depending on the customer’s payment method and plan, which created complexity and potential for error.
I designed and developed an interactive course that used knowledge check branching scenarios, process simulations, and a dynamic FAQ section to replicate these variations. Learners could practice navigating different situations in a low-stakes environment, building confidence and accuracy before working with customers.
This approach not only simplified a complex process but also reduced training time and provided a scalable resource that representatives could revisit as needed.
